IMPORTANT: With limited exceptions, returns are refunded via store credit. Davul Lynn does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.
All items labeled "Final Sale" cannot be returned for store credit.
Food items, final sale merchandise, cosmetics, underwear, select lingerie, earrings and body piercings, clearance items, and gift cards / e-gift cards are all final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless required by law
Online purchases made through the Site are valid for exchange or store credit within 15 days from the ship date. Your packing slip provides a postmark date that specifies the last day you have to return your merchandise by mail.
All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the Packing Slip and customs documents (if applicable).
- Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are non-returnable.
- All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
- When sending back items from multiple orders, you must fill out an order packing slip for each applicable order.
All returns are refunded via store credit.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Return Process Steps
- We will accept all AUTHORIZED returns as long as the request is made to return the item within 15 days of receiving the merchandise
- Once approved, we will generate the FREE UPS prepaid label and we will email you with the label attached.
- Just print the label, attach it to any box/package and return the items.
- You will have 15 days to send the item back for store credit once you receive the free return label.
- Once we receive the items back we will process the return and credit your account.
- Please note free return labels are available for items being shipped within 48 continental states only.
- Please contact us here email@example.com to receive an RMA# for your return.
- Please include your Order#, items returning, and the reason for the return.
